First make sure to register an account with us. This will allow you to see your order updates. We email you at each stage of the order process. The final email includes a tracking number for your shipment, but the USPS system does not guarantee updated tracking until delivery.
Our local Post Office has a drop off time set at exactly 3PM EST, Monday – Friday.
We get our orders ready to go to them by 2PM EST. If your order is in before that time, it will most likely ship same day but is not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the Post Offices’ own internal processes. Once we drop off your order with USPS we have no control over what happens to the package.
Orders received Friday afternoon and over the weekend will be sent to the Post Office at 10AM on the next business day. If you order Friday at 2PM EST your order will ship out Monday.
Please know that customer service is our number one priority. We will do our absolute best to get your order out same or next day.
No shipping on Sundays, Federal Holidays, or any other time the US Post Office is closed.

If you are using the ANY Free Shipping Coupon Code or Free Shipping with a Starter Kit it is only available for USPS First Class (USA Customers), even though it will let you choose other options at checkout. We cannot falsify customs documents under any circumstance. This includes (but is not limited to) declaring orders as gifts, marking them at lower cost than they are valued, or misrepresenting our product in order to incur lesser customs fees.
Make sure you are able to legally accept delivery of our products before making your purchase. We are not responsible for lost or destroyed packages in the event that an order cannot be delivered to your location due to licensing issues.
Depending on the country, some shipping delays may be inevitable. We have little to no way of predicting these delays; be prepared to handle anything that comes up

As you know taste is a very subjective sense that will vary from person to person. In accordance with our strict quality control guidelines, returned eliquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so will not be accepted.
