Great Clove Flavor

Got this along with the Vanilla Kretek type. While the vanilla one is a little more djarum type flavor, I actually prefer this one with the hint of orange flavor.

Djarum Flavor

Do like this vape, it's very similar to Djarum. Its a little light on the flavor so I might try it with a boost next time.

Good Flavor

Got this with the flavor boost, really like it. Best as a morning vape.

It's good.

I enjoy this. It's where I ended up after trying several different brands and flavors shortly after Volcano inexplicably turned thier Tobacco Pure flavor into a sented candle like flavor.

What is ‘Steeping?’

Steeping is a method used by experienced vapers that tends to improve the taste of the e-juice. The process usually involves letting the liquid rest for a bit, much like letting a fine wine age before drinking. Some people like to put their blends in the microwave for a few seconds. Others like to chill them in the fridge. It usually depends on the blend and flavors, but there are many different ways to steep your e-juice.

When the manufacturer first fills the bottle with juice on the factory floor, a great deal of time can pass before the bottle actually makes it into the vaper’s hands. During this timeframe, the five components of the e-juice (VG, PG, Nicotine, Flavoring, and Water) have time to separate. The denser component will likely sink to the bottom of the bottle. Shaking them usually helps but not always. This is why some vapers like to steep their e-juices, to improve the mix and flavor.

Here is a simple method that newbies might like to learn:

Step 1: Give the bottle of e-juice a good shake, a REALLY good shake. Don’t be afraid to overdo it. That’s not even possible. Just make sure the cap is securely fastened first.

Step 2: Store the bottles in a cool, dark location. Light can actually cause the e-liquid to gradually degrade. Corners of closets are always a safe place, especially if you have small children in the house.

Step 3: Come back in a week and give the bottle another vicious shake. Repeat this process for about three weeks before giving the e-juice a good, old-fashioned taste test. If you are still not satisfied with the flavor, let it sit in the corner of the closet for a few more weeks. You can steep for as long as you like, just beware of the expiration dates on the labels.

There are, of course, some variations to this process that you can try. You can try steeping with the cap on and with the cap off. Regardless of your choice, the color of the e-liquid may appear to change over time. This is because the steeping is working and the nicotine is being oxidized by the air. In cases where you leave the cap off, the alcohol can begin to evaporate slightly, also changing the color of the liquid. But whether you leave the cap on or off, oxidation will always occur. Just remember. Steeping always required two things: Patience and Experimentation. Don’t be afraid to try new things. That’s part of the fun of vaping!
