Continuing forward with the previous blog post from Monday, we are listing the Top Ten Benefits of Vaping. As many smokers are beginning to research vaping as a smoking cessation tool, we want to offer as much support and insight as possible to help you kick the habit once and for all. In Monday’s post, we discussed that vaping saves money, increases physical energy, and even improves mental concentration and memory. Vapers also no longer have to worry about dirty ashtrays and smelly cars. So, let’s move onward.

5.  Food tastes better!

Many smokers are not aware that as the years go by, our senses of taste and smell begin to fade. The decrease is very gradual, but it becomes almost instantly apparent the very moment that we stop smoking. As you transition to vaping eliquids, your sense of taste and smell come back almost instantly. You will begin to smell those dirty ashtrays and stinky, ash-riddled clothes just like the non-smokers do. And your favorite food will taste fuller and richer.

6.  Improved heart rate!

Did you know that your heart rate will improve by around 20% within three days of getting off of the tobacco and transitioning to vaping? It’s true. You’ll begin to breathe easier, too. And walking up the stairs won’t be so terrifying either.

7.  Get more results at the gym!

If you belong to a gym or fitness club, then your workouts are going to seem a whole lot easier immediately after switching to vaping. You will lift more weight, run farther and faster, and perhaps perform those yoga stances with greater ease. Whatever your fitness regimen happens to be, you’ll see a huge boost in performance after you quit smoking and turn to vaping as an alternative.

8.  Impress the boss!

Smokers rarely like to admit this, but having to go outside every 60-minutes or so for a smoke break is not doing you any favors at work. Though the boss and your co-workers might never comment on your hourly departures outdoors, secretly they are very likely harboring some resentment. Meanwhile, many offices not only allow vaping devices at work, they encourage them. Even if this is not the case, the withdrawal symptoms from vaping are so minor compared to smoking cigarettes that you can go for several hours without vaping before even noticing.

9.  Kiss more people!

For singles, hitting the clubs is often an essential component of most weekends. Dating is hard enough, but smokers have it especially tough. Non-smokers always say, “Kissing a smoker is like licking an ashtray.” And if they see you smoking before you even get a chance to meet them, they might run the other way the minute they see you coming.

10.  Do it for the kids!

For smoking parents, the guilt can be constant and overwhelming. Now that many states are even outlawing smoking in the car with small children, the message is loud and clear. Second-hand smoke around kids is just plain BAD! Set a good example and help maintain the health of your kids. Stop smoking, and switch to vaping instead!
